Description + Fitment

EXO Series came about from a realization of the need for a bigger and better muffler that could handle the huge demands of the larger, more powerful sport ATV motors. The EXO Series is our ground-up approach at just that. A unique hexagon shaped aluminum muffler and stainless steel coned inlet allow for significantly more volume, delivering a louder but tolerable deep sound while also decreasing heat.

  • Internal sound wave altering technology for a deeper but tolerable exhaust tone
  • Stamped 304 stainless steel coned inlet for more volume
  • Hexagon shaped large diameter housing for more volume
  • Removable screen-type spark arrestor included
  • Black powder coated stainless steel end tip
  • TIG welded reinforced muffler bracket(s)
  • Significant horsepower and torque gains
  • Light weight brushed aluminum muffler
  • 304 stainless steel mid pipe
  • Handmade in the USA
